When will I get my order?
We offer two shipping options depending on your location. Standard Shipping is a cost-effective choice that ensures reliable delivery, while Express Shipping offers faster delivery with priority handling.
Estimated delivery times vary based on the selected shipping method and destination.
For Standard Shipping, delivery within Europe usually takes 2 to 5 business days, and international deliveries (such as to the US or Asia) typically arrive within the same timeframe. Express Shipping is faster, with delivery times of 1 to 2 business days both within Europe and internationally.
All orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days after purchase. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your package.

What is the return policy?
We accept returns of unused, unopened products within 14 business days of purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, please contact us at support@alltideknel.com to initiate a return or exchange.
Please note, that due to hygiene reasons, we only accept returns of products that are sealed and unused. However, if your item arrived damaged or defective, please let us know and we’ll make it right.
